So excited about this new series of paintings of modest and not so modest family jewels. Saving these treasures and being able to enjoy them more by seeing them beside my bed or tucked in on a gallery wall, means I don't have to leave the piece shut away in a box or safe. Outing the gems and gold and sparkles, while I rarely do commissions, I wouid be so delighted to paint your grandmother's jewelry with all the love I know she meant for it. The rhinestone bracelet is a treasure from my Aunt Mary, hope she knows it's still making me happy. This little jewel painting, just 6" x 8", acrylic on a canvas board, wants a soft gold plein air frame with barely rounded corners and to sit on a wall by your daughter's, mother's or lover's bed or vanity or between her horse show trophies so she knows her legacy, right?
